I. Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with business departments to understand their needs and translate data analysis results into tangible business value.
Responsible for the collection, cleaning, preprocessing, and feature analysis of energy industry data (e.g., drilling, geological, and production data).
Build data analysis models using machine learning and deep learning algorithms (e.g., decision trees, clustering, neural networks, time series analysis) for diagnostics, prediction, parameter optimization, etc.
Implement algorithm packaging, deployment, and integration, and prepare relevant technical documentation.
Continuously optimize and upgrade algorithms.
Stay informed on the latest research achievements and technology trends in algorithms.
II. Job Requirements:
Proficient in SQL for data extraction and manipulation, and familiar with Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data cleaning and feature engineering.
Mastery of supervised learning (e.g., regression, decision trees, random forests) for prediction and classification; unsupervised learning (e.g., clustering, dimensionality reduction) for pattern discovery; and time series analysis for forecasting. Familiarity with neural networks for complex pattern recognition.
Skilled in using Python or BI tools to transform complex data and analysis results into clear, intuitive charts and reports to facilitate business understanding and management decision-making.
Understand how to convert models into API services or integrate them into production systems.
Strong technical documentation skills, with the ability to clearly document model principles, operational processes, API interfaces, etc., to support team collaboration.
Education: Master's degree or above.
Majors: Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Communication Engineering, Electronic and Information Engineering, Signal Processing, Control Engineering, Statistics.

III. Compensation and Benefits:
